The Lehigh Valley Real Estate market is still viable and continues to grow. However, listing inventory is starting to increase and average days on the market are about 50 days. My opinion is that market is correcting itself and 2007 should be a good year for both buyers and sellers. Buyers' have more inventory of homes to choose from. Sellers' should take a close look at their homes to make obvious repairs, neutralize, & remove clutter.
